Pretty Boxes specialises in personally designed, custom gift boxes.

We cater for all occasions, from Weddings to Birthday's, Anniversaries or even Proposals.

Follow the steps below.

1. Choose an occasion from the list

(celebration, declaration, wedding boxes, christening, proposal, new born)

2. Pick a colour box 

(matte black, matte white, & our newest option - baby pink)

3. Select a font 

(5 fonts to choose from)

4. Decide on a phrase listed 

(if you can't see one your after, click the DYO tab, to inquire about a custom box)

5.  Settle on your colour phrase.

(14 colours to choose from)

6. LASTLY, choose your phrase position

(centre, bottom right)

Please email us at hello@prettyboxes.com.au the quantity you require, and for which occasion you would like them for.

We are giving our pretty customers the option to design their own box for their special occasion.

This means the following

• have the option to choose your own phrases,
• choose the location of where you would like the phrase e.g: all phrases on the front, all on the inside, half and half.
• larger range of font colours to choose from when "dyo'ing". Just let us know what colour you would like and we will be happy to provide some options for you to choose from. (we will try our best to get it as close to what you are after)

The 5 font choices and 3 colour boxes displayed on our website, is the only option available. 

All boxes come in one size. 

Once we have received your pretty inquiry of how many boxes, font colours, word choices, etc, we will send through a proof to your email for your approval. This will also include total cost. Please make sure that all words chosen, have the correct spelling, we suggest double checking, that all wording is 100% correct before giving us the go ahead. 

Once you have confirmed the order and payment has been made, your order will commence.

 As all boxes are personalised, all sales are final. 

Refunds or exchanges for a change of mind will not be permitted. 

However, if during transit, your order has arrive damaged, please email hello@prettyboxes.com.au immediately, so we can assess and assist as quickly as possible. Pictures of the damage will need to be included in the email.

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours from placing your order.

  All orders will be processed and made within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days on top, for shipping. We are dedicated to getting your pretty order to you asap. Our shipping fee is a flat rate of $12.50 anywhere around Australia. Please keep in mind that all items are made to order. The turnaround time will not be the same day, the order is placed, so hang in there, while we try to get your pretty order to you. Rural areas will take a little longer, so again, please keep this in mind, as the time frames is only a guide. Our aim is to get your order to you sooner, rather than later.
